Questions
- What is a shopper style profile?
- A profile Stylor keeps for each shopper: the styles they love and pass on, the sizes they wear, and what they’ve told the stylist, such as the occasion or their budget. It learns from every love, pass, cart add and purchase.
- How does it change what shoppers see?
- Search results and looks start from the shopper’s taste, so the look most likely to suit them comes first, and pieces go into the cart in their sizes.
- Do shoppers need an account?
- No. The profile starts on its own. Shoppers can save it to their email with a six-digit code to have it on any device.
- Can I turn it off?
- Yes. Shopper profiles are on by default and can be switched off in your Stylor settings.
